Nigeria's 2025 Nigeria Malaria Indicator Survey classifies every state into one of four transmission bands based on confirmed malaria prevalence. For the first time, no state sits in the High band. 14 states are Moderate-A, 13 are Moderate-B, 8 are Low-A, and 2 are Low-B. The map below shows that geography.
